Balance Enquiry and Web Payments

This facility allows you to view your current balance as well as providing a facility to make secure on-line payments to your water services account. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, except for American Express.

Payments made to your account may take up to 24 hours to appear on your online balance.

This facility is operated by a third party supplier, Eckoh UK Ltd, on behalf of Affinity Water, who will handle your payment in accordance with Affinity Water instructions. However Affinity Water is not responsible for this external site.
